I combine my store purchases to count toward my online rewards
account?
No.
We have a separate loyalty program at our stores available to
all store shoppers. You may join both programs however, your
loyalty points and perks cannot be combined.

Can
I return a web purchase to the store?
Our
retail stores
accept returns on most unused items in their original condition
within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original
sales receipt, gift receipt, or return authorization number
with original packing slip.
Once the item is returned and received in our warehouse, you
will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes
any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).
Please allow 4-6 weeks for returns processing.

I return a store purchase by mail?
No.
If you made a purchase at one of our retail locations the return
must be brought into any of our retail locations with the original
receipt for returns or exchanges.

Can
I order furniture at one of your retail locations?
Yes,
most of our furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer
and incurs an additional shipping fee as well as an extended
shipping time frame. Any retail store employee will gladly place
an order for you online.

I place the order through the website but ship it to the store
will you waive my shipping?
No.
At this time the stores do not accept individual customer orders
for pick up.

I use a coupon that I received via email at the store?
Most
of our coupons are valid for either an online purchase or a
purchase at one of our store locations. Please check the fine
print of the promotional offer for details.
