How
much does shipping cost?
Our SHIPPING POLICY is as follows: A standard
order with Ground shipping will be charged $7.95 for the first
item, and $0.50 for each additional item. What's a standard
order, you ask? A standard order is one that has NO oversized
or drop-shipped items.

What
are my shipping options?
For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping. We use both UPS and USPS for Ground shipping - if you have any questions about which service will be used for your Ground order, please call our customer care team. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery service.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that ground orders may take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped, but will arrive within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for drop-shipped items (See the drop-shipped item's description on our site for estimated delivery timeframes).
Our carriers at this time are UPS and the US Postal Service. Our shipping rates are defined in the table below:

How
do I know if something's got a surcharge?
You'll
know an item carries a surcharge if you see one of these nifty
little icons 
 
on the product detail page (That's the page that has the product's
description on it, and it's the page you probably use to add
the item to your basket). Oversized items are more expensive
to ship because they're heavier and/or bulkier than normal items.
The drop-shipped items are delivered directly from our manufacturers,
so a surcharge is applied to cover the vendor's shipping costs.
The chart below shows how the surcharges are applied in each
scenario:

Other
things to keep in mind:All drop-ship items are sent via Ground shipping. Packages to U.S. Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) will only be sent via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we're unable to send certain oversized items and all drop-ship items to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Do
you ship outside the US?
Sorry, but no. At this time we ship packages to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. In the cases of Alaska and Hawaii, packages will receive an additional surcharge of $12. In the case of APO/FPO addresses, the U.S. Military handles the final stage of delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping times to these destinations. Unfortunately, all oversized and drop-shipped items cannot be delivered to these addresses.

How
do you handle big items?
Some
of our largest and heaviest items are delivered through special
arrangement with a trucking service. Because these are big and
bulky items, there may be occasions in which the driver requires
your provided assistance to move the item from the truck to
your residence.
You can tell an item requires this special service if you see
this icon 
Please note that all freight deliveries are made Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. Sorry, but because these items are
sent directly from the manufacturer, Next Day and 2nd Day delivery
are not available on drop-ship items.
Prior to ordering an oversize or drop-ship item, please discuss
any special delivery requirements you may have with your babystyle
Customer Care Representative. We do not offer White Glove service
- your order will be brought as far as your doorstep and you
will be responsible for bringing it inside and setting it up.

What's
your policy on freight forwarding?
babystyle
currently does not ship outside of the US, but we do have customers
who sometimes utilize freight forwarding services to receive
merchandise from our stores. babystyle accepts responsibility
for the package only until the point of delivery within the
US. Customers who choose to forward merchandise do so at their
own risk of damage or loss.
