Help! How do I find what I'm looking for?
babystyle, like most stores, is organized into different departments. They can be found on the navigation bars across the top of each page:

babystyle.com has 9 departments:		Gifts: Special selections for the whole family.

	Maternity: clothes, accessories, personal care	Nursery: bedding, furniture, frames, rugs, etc.

	Baby Clothing : newborn layette & baby wardrobe	Gift Registry: wish lists for baby showers and birthday parties

	Gear: strollers, carseats, bouncers, baby care & more	Outlet: highest quality at the lowest prices

	Toys: toys, books, CDs & videos, cards & announcements	Kids: Cool stuff for older kids.


To shop for something in one of these areas, simply click on the desired department. If you know exactly what you're looking for, use our "search" option. The "search" box can be found at the top of the left sidebar. Enter the name of the product (umbrella stroller), the brand (Kolcraft), or the category (strollers) and we'll show you a list of the products that match your search. I found what I was looking for. Now what? Step 1. You've finally located those perfect bootleg pants. Hooray! To purchase them, simply choose your size and/or color (if there is a choice), then click "add to basket." Just like a real shopping basket, this one holds all the items that you may want to purchase. If there is no "add to basket" button or you don't see your size or color in the pulldown menu, then the item may be out-of-stock. Don't despair! Click here for more info about out-of-stock items.
Step 2. If your item has been added to the basket successfully, it'll say: "1 item has been added to your basket" at the top of the page. If your item has not been added successfully, it'll say: "Please select an item" or "0 items have been added to your basket." If you can't add products to your basket, that usually means that you forgot to select a size and/or color, or that your cookies have been turned off. If you're still stumped (or if any of this is unclear), contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to help. Step 3. After you add something to your basket, you can either continue shopping by clicking around the site like you were doing before, or you can proceed directly to checkout by clicking on "go to checkout."

How do I place my order? It's just a few-step process: 1. Add as many items as you want to your basket by clicking the "add to basket" button next to the product. 2. Then either click the "go to checkout" button or the little "view basket" shopping basket at the top of the navigation bar. 3. Then make any adjustments to your order on your "shopping basket" page, click the "update basket" button and proceed to "checkout." 4. If you've shopped at babystyle before, you are already a registered user. You can enter your e-mail address and password and you'll be guided through the checkout process. If you're a new customer, you'll be prompted to register for the first time. Just follow instructions from there.

I forgot my password. What do I do? Don't sweat it! Just click the little link on the sign in page that reads, "forgot your password?" A little form will pop up. Fill it out, click the send button, and we'll send your password to your e-mail address. You can also access this form by clicking here. back to top
How do I change my password? Simply sign in using your old password and click the edit my user profile link. This will take you to a page where you can change your password, among other cool things. back to top
