Is
it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
Definitely!
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure
server, which encrypts all submitted information. We offer an
additional layer of security by storing all credit card information
on a computer that is not connected to the Internet Your card
number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary
one-way interface. It's like the Fort Knox of hard drives.
Thanks to our super-secure server and all the careful measures
we take to protect your information, we're able to guarantee
that every transaction you make on babystyle will be 100% safe.
This means that in the incredibly bizarre and extremely unlikely
event that unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result
of shopping at babystyle - you won't pay a penny! The truth
is, you're safer shopping online with babystyle than you are
using your credit card at the mall, and better even-you don't
have to leave home.

Can I pay with in-store or merchandise credit?
Both merchandise and in-store credits are redeemable at any babystyle retail store and/or babystyle.com. Your babystyle credits are good for one year from the date of issuance. babystyle is not responsible if lost or stolen. Neither merchandise nor in-store credits are redeemable for cash, and they cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Are
there other ways to pay?
We also accept babystyle gifts cards, gift certificates, merchandise credit and in-store credit. If you are using multiple gift cards, gift certificates, merchandise credits and in-store credits, be aware that you can only use a combined maximum of 4 during a single purchase. Do
I have to pay sales tax?
For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages
going to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, New Jersey and Washington shipping addresses as required
by law. Shipments to addresses outside of these states will
not be charged sales tax (sweet!).

What's
your pricing policy?
Our
goal is to bring you the highest-quality service at an affordable
price. As with any store, we have to contend with the laws of
supply and demand, so we must reserve the right to change prices
as the market dictates. That's why if an item sells out, we're
unable to guarantee that it will come back at the same price.
Even though we strive for perfection, we are human and have
been known to make a few mistakes. It happens very rarely, but
once in a blue moon there might be a mis-priced item on our
site or in our catalogs. To catch these errors, we run price
checks as part of our order confirmation process. For this reason,
we cannot confirm the price on your order until after you've
submitted it.
So what happens if we find a mis-priced item inside your order?
If the actual price is lower than the price that appeared on
the site when you placed the order, we charge you the lower
price, and you get an unexpected deal. If the actual price is
higher than the price that appeared on the site when you placed
the order, we will send you an e-mail or call you on the phone
to determine whether or not you want to pay the higher price.
If you do not want to pay the higher price, we can cancel the
item from your order. We do not charge your credit card until
your order has been shipped.
Some of the items that we sell carry surcharges. These are usually
big items, like cribs or rocking chairs. Since they're bigger
and bulkier, the cost of storing and shipping these items is
higher. If you'd like more details on shipping costs, click

Price Adjustments: We do offer a one-time price adjustment
for online and store clearance purchases within 14 days of
purchase. However, please be aware that we are unable to
offer price adjustments for items purchased during or featured
in special sale and outlet events. Also, if you use a coupon
that has a minimum purchase requirement, you may not qualify
for a price adjustment. To receive a price adjustment for an
order placed online, contact our Customer Care team with your
order number within 14 days of purchase (1-877-378-9537 or custcare@babystyle.com).
To receive a price adjustment on something you purchased in
one of our stores, simply bring the item and your original receipt
to the store within 14 days of purchase.
