Store
Manager
The ideal Store Manager is energetic, results oriented and understands
that building customer loyalty is a top priority. Must have
a friendly and positive manner, exceptional communication skills,
and the ability to motivate and train a store team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service and achieves sales
volume.
- Maintains excellent visual presentation.
- Developing staff for peak performance.
- Act as the lead pacesetter for the team when generating
sales.
- Responsible for defining workload for managers and associates.
- Responsible for completing business objectives, managing
payroll and loss prevention issues.
- Mall/community involvement to attract a larger customer
base.
- Ensure team is performing in accordance with all store
and company goals, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of retail apparel management experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including
weekend and evening shifts.
Assistant
Store Manager
Assist the Store Manager in creating and promoting a friendly
environment and a profitable store through exceptional customer
service. Candidates must have a friendly and positive manner
and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Trains and motivates the staff with product knowledge
and sales generation techniques.
- Ensures proper floor coverage.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance
and store housekeeping.
- Processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in
receiving and monitoring floor stock.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices
including loss prevention.
- Accurately completes all sales transactions, maintain
proper cash and media accountabilities at POS.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of retail management experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including
weekend and evening shifts.
Keyholder
Assist management with retail store operations. Must be customer
service driven with the ability to manage and motivate a team
of associates.
Responsibilities:
- Open/close store.
- Manage/motivate associates for peak performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers
select their purchases in a friendly, nurturing environment
and build loyalty with customers.
- Other duties include cashier, set up baby registry, merchandising,
replenishment of merchandise, and some cleaning responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience as manager or keyholder is
required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including
weekend and evening shifts.
Sales
Associates
Our sales associates are friendly, high-energy, customer-oriented
and fashion forward individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers select their purchases in a friendly, nurturing
environment and build loyalty with customers.
- Other duties include cashier, set up baby registry, merchandising,
replenishment of merchandise, and some cleaning responsibility.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Dependability and flexibility with scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience preferred.
- Experience with Maternity/Baby is a plus!
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including
weekend and evening shifts.
Stock
Associates
Complete basic physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment
and receiving of merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Unpack received goods and help with placement of product
on selling floor.
- Verify accuracy of shipment.
- Light housekeeping and maintenance duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as stock associate desired.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including
weekend and evening shifts.
- Must take initiative, be a self-starter who is honest
and reliable.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more.
