Do
you offer gift wrapping?
We
sure do! Make your gifts extra special with our signature
gift packaging. Our stylish striped boxes are tied with
celadon tulle ribbon and include a personalized gift card free
of charge.
There's a $3.50 base charge per order, and $1 for each additional
item (a pretty good deal if we say so ourselves). In instances
where there are several small items, we may place more than
one item in a gift package.
If an item can't be gift packaged (due to unusual size or shape),
you'll see this little graphic:

How
do I buy a gift card or gift certificate?
 To
purchase a gift card, just click
here. Your gift card will be sent to the recipient, along
with our most recent catalog for them to shop from. If you'd
like to purchase a gift certificate instead, click
here. If you order a gift certificate, it will be e-mailed
directly to the lucky recipient within hours of your order.
Gift cards and gift certificates are available in a number of
denominations, from $10 to $500. Gift cards and gift certificates
may also be purchased at any of our retail stores by speaking
with a sales associate.
Promotional gift certificates are given away as part
of a promotion - i.e. at an event or as a gift-with-purchase
from another web site. They are not combinable with any other
certificates or coupons and can only be used once per customer.

How do I use a gift card or gift certificate?
Gift
cards or gift certificates are used just like a credit card
or other method of payment. babystyle gift cards and gift certificates
may be used online, when ordering through our catalog, or in
any of our retail stores.
For online shopping, simply shop as usual, proceed through checkout,
and when you come to the point where you select your method
of payment, click on the "Gift Certificate or Gift Card" payment
option. Then, just enter the gift card or gift certificate number
and code number, hit "update", and the new balance will be calculated.
These numbers are located on your gift card and can be found
right here:
If your purchase costs more than your gift card or gift certificate
covers, you'll have to enter a credit card number to cover the
balance. If you have credit remaining after the order, it'll
carry over in your gift card or gift certificate account. You
can check the balance on a gift card or gift certificate by
clicking here.
Gift cards/gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
unless required by law. To request a pay-out of gift card/gift
certificate balances under $10, please contact custcare@babystyle.com.

What's
a promotional gift certificate?
Sometimes
babystyle issues gift cards or gift certificates as part of
a special promotion. Promotional gift cards and gift certificates
aren't purchased from babystyle - they are given away at events
or by other web sites. These promotional items are not combinable
with any other gift cards, gift certificates or store credit
and can only be used once per customer. Sorry!

How
does your gift registry work?
We
have a registry where you can create or edit your own registry
or shop a friend's registry. To get to the registry page, click
on registry at the top of the page.
 If
you're creating your own registry --Click on "create/edit"
then follow the directions. It's so easy! You can choose our
Ready-to-Go Registry and/or browse the store in registry mode.
Click on anything that tickles your fancy to add it to your
registry. You can even e-mail your registry link to your friends
and family so that they can find you the perfect gifts! You
can always go back and edit your registry by going to the registry
page and clicking "create/edit," then entering your
e-mail and password.
If you're shopping a friend's registry -- If you know
that your friend has registered at babystyle simply enter your
friend's first or last name and we'll show you their registry.
To purchase something from their registry list, click "BUY,"
then proceed to checkout as usual. NOTE: When shopping a friend's
registry, you should only purchase from the registry list page
that has the 'buy' button. If you shop outside the registry
list we won't be able to keep track of what's been bought and
what's still needed.
