Who's eligible?
Anybody who isn't already registered as a babystyle.com customer
and who hasn't already been referred by one of our other customers. This is an online only promotion. It does not apply to customers who shop in our retail stores.
Can I refer a zillion people?
Well, not quite. Obviously there have to be limits, and in this
case the magic number is 20 per year. That means from January
1st through December 31st you can refer 20 people. Please keep
your invitations down to 10 per day so that we can process them
in a timely fashion.
How does Bring-A-Buddy work?
First, you register with babystyle.com, or log on as a returning
customer. Then you will have the opportunity to give us the
e-mail addresses of up to 20 friends (limit 10 per day though).
We'll send each of your friends an e-mail invitation to visit
babystyle (see sample e-mail). If they
become a first-time online customer that spends more than $10
on an order, we'll send you $10 into your Bring-A-Buddy account--you
could earn up to $200 per year to spend at babystyle.com. We'll
know which of your friends became shoppers because we do regular
match-backs of new customers to all the participants in our
Bring-A-Buddy program. Please note, it could take up to several
days to credit your account with your bonus dollars once your
friends have shopped with us. Once we credit you with your bonus
dollars, we'll e-mail you to let you know you have them and
send you instructions on how to use them.
Also, it's important that your invited friends use the same
e-mail addresses to register on our site that the original invitation
e-mails were sent to. That's how we match them up with you!
Will my friends get bombarded with
spam?
Not from us! Your friend will only receive an e-mail invitation
to shop our site and take advantage of our latest promotions.
If he or she eventually becomes a babystyle.com customer, they will
be protected by our privacy policy.
When do I get my reward?
Each time one of your referred buddies becomes a new online
customer and spends $10 or more (not counting coupons, discounts
and promotions), and his or her goodies have been shipped, we'll
add $10 to your Bring-a-Buddy gift certificate account.

Hear
ye, hear ye! Here are the rules that you have to play by in
order to participate in babystyle's Bring-a-Buddy program:
Please remember that you must only refer people (buddies) who
you know personally or professionally. These should be people
that you think would appreciate this offer. In other words,
don't refer strangers or names you found on some mailing list.
Also, you may not submit yourself under a different e-mail address.
Worse even, do not submit fake names and/or e-mail addresses.
That would be naughty, and this type of fraud is grounds for
removal from the program.
You may refer up to 20 buddies to babystyle.com in each calendar
year, but only 10 buddies may be referred per day. By "calendar
year" we mean that from January 1st through December 31st of
the same year, you may receive credit for a maximum of 20 referrals.
But, with each new year you may refer another 20 people, and
so on. You may refer each buddy only once. Resubmitting multiple
e-mail addresses for the same person is not permitted and this
type of fraud is grounds for removal from the program. This
program is only applicable to online purchases made at babystyle.com.
Remember, it's important that your invited friends use the same
e-mail addresses to register on our site that the original invitation
e-mails were sent to. That's how we match them up with you!
If they don't use the same e-mail addresses, there's no way
for us to confirm that these are your invited guests, and we'll
be unable to reward you for bringing them to babystyle.com.
By giving us the e-mail addresses of your buddies, you are giving
us permission to send an e-mail invitation to them if they are
eligible to receive it. They are eligible if they have never
registered at babystyle.com, and they have not already been
referred by another participant in the Bring-a-Buddy program.
The lucky ones who are eligible to participate will be sent
an e-mail invitation. For each of your referred buddies who
becomes a first-time customer by making an online purchase of
$10 or more (not counting coupons, discounts and promotions),
we will send you an e-mail letting you know that we've added
$10 to your Bring-a-Buddy gift certificate account. Please note
that when we say "a purchase of $10 or more" we mean that your
buddy actually spends $10 of his or her own money for an order.
Coupons, discounts and promotional offers do not count toward
the $10 total that your buddy must spend in order for you to
receive a gift certificate reward.
You can't combine the rewards that are placed in your Bring-a-Buddy
gift certificate account with other gift certificates.
If babystyle finds in its sole discretion that you are not playing
by these rules or that fraud is being committed in one way or
another, then babystyle has the option of canceling your participation
in this program and taking away any or all the rewards that
you've received in connection with the program. And babystyle
also has the option of revoking any or all benefits to those
you've referred in connection with the program.
Heads up! babystyle will not be liable for any damages that
arise in connection with the Bring-a-Buddy program.
These rules may be amended, tweaked and/or refined by babystyle
at any time. If changes are made, they will immediately be posted
here for your review.
